Also present were Erik Kropp, Interim County Administrator; Laurie Craghead, County Counsel; Robert Poirier, 911 County Service District; and two citizens. No representatives of the media were in attendance. Chair DeBone opened the meeting at 10:00 a.m. 1. CITIZEN INPUT None was offered. 2. Before the Board was a Possible Hearing or Continuation to 1:30 p.m., January 18, to Consideration of Signature of Order No. 2012-006, Approving Formation of a Deschutes County Chapter 451 Service District for Emergency Communications Services, Withdrawal of Properties in the Current Emergency Communications Service District, and Setting a Public Hearing. Laurie Craghead asked that the hearing be opened and continued to the business meeting at 1:30 p.m., at which time she will have a staff report to present. Chair DeBone opened the hearing. No testimony was offered. BANEY: Move that the hearing be continued until the Board business meeting at 1:30 p.m. today. UNGER: Second. VOTE: BANEY: Yes. UNGER: Yes. DEBONE: Chair votes yes. CONVENED AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE 9-1-1 COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT 3.
