PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-003. The Behavioral Health Department will increase the Personnel Category by $187,208. In FY 2012, three Mental Health Specialist I positions (3.00 FTE) will be hired to provide services to Oregon Health Plan (OHP) clients in residential and short term care programs. This change was not anticipated at the time of the FY 2012 budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $187,208 is required.
