Consideration and signature of Resolution #2012-010, transfer of appropriations in the Behavioral
Health Fund.
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution #2012-010. The Behavioral Health Department will increase personnel by
1.00 FTE. This temporary position will be hired to assist with internal chart audits and will not exceed
18 months. It is anticipated that this position will be filled by March 2012.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of$71,438 is required.
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-010.

Deschutes County Budget and Directing Entries *
WHEREAS, attached is a request from the Behavioral Health Department requesting a transfer
of appropriations, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget to
accommodate the request; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:

Attached please find an appropriation transfer request to add one MHS II temporary staff our adult program to assist

this request on 1/30/12. We expect to hire this position in March 2012.
