PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-018, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Public Health Fund, to reduce the Personnel Category by $33,751 (.80 FTE). Due to budget constraints, the Public Health Department will eliminate a Medical Office Assistant position. This FTE is currently vacant and will not be appropriated in FY 2013. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency for $33,751 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-018.
