PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-035. Expenditures for the Foreclosed Land Sales Fund will be in excess of what was originally budgeted in the Materials & Services Category. Costs associated with maintaining property, acquired through the foreclosure process, have been higher than anticipated. Additional Materials & Services appropriation will be transferred from Contingency. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Service for $21,000 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-035.
