PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-048. The FY 2012 original budget did not include appropriation for step increases in the personnel category. Step increases were granted and therefore additional appropriation is required. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $2,055 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-048.
