PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-050. Following a statewide survery, Personnel determined that a reclassification of employess in the Victim's Advocate positions was necessary. This reclassification resulted in higher than anticipated personnel expenditures. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $25,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-050.
