PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-091. The FY 2012 original budget included Capital Outlay appropriation. It has since been determined that all expenditures in the Campus Improvement Fund are properly classified as Materials & Service. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Capital Outlay to Materials & Service for $200,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-091.
