to an Intergovernmental Agreement with Jefferson County regarding the Use of
Jail Beds – Capt. Mike Espinoza or Darryl Nakahira, Sheriff’s Office
Suggested Motion: Move signature of Document No. 2012-387.
4. CONSIDERATION of Approval of Document No. 2012-263, an Amendment
to an Irrevocable Letter of Credit for Weston Investment Co. LLC (Tetherow) –
Will Groves, Community Development
Suggested Motions:
Move approval of Chair signature of the rejection of Amendment #1 to ILOC
#NOS689980.
Move approval of ILOC Amendment #2 to ILOC #NOS689980.
