PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-065. After close monitoring, the Assessors Office has identified over-staffing in customer service support and under-staffing in assessment technical support. The resu1t is a restructure of the assessment support staff for FY 2013, reducing one Customer Service Clerk II position (LOO FTE) and increasing one Assessment Technician II position (.50 FTE) to full-time. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency and Personnel for $49,065 is necessary. It has been identified that the office is over-staffed in customer service support and under-staffed in assessment technical support.
