CONSIDERATION of Signature of Document No. 2012-511, a Notice of Intent to Award Letter for the 2012 Knott Landfill Rock Removal Project – Chad Centola, Solid Waste Department Suggested Action: Move signature of the Notice of Intent to Award Letter. Signature of a Letter Accepting the Resignation of Leland Smith from the Board of EDCO (Economic Development for Central Oregon), and Thanking him for his Service 10.
