PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-105, transferring appropriations within the Adult Parole & Probation Fund. Due to recent employee layoffs, the department's Cognitive Restructuring Programs have been reduced, making it is necessary to outsource these programs. This change was not anticipated at the time the FY 2013 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Service for $15,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-105.
