PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-108. The Public Health Department will eliminate a Health Educator II (1.00 FTE) and hire a Public Health Nurse II postion (.80 FTE) to work in the Communicable Disease Program. This change was not anticipated at the time the FY 2013 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation within the Personnel category is required and a transfer of $21 ,912 from Contingency to the Personnel category is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-108.
