PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-130. The Behavioral Health Department has the need for on-call personnel services for its Crisis Program and therefore needs additional appropriation in the Personnel category. This need was not anticipated that the time of the FY 2013 budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $14,833 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-130. On call staff will be used to provide coverage for current staff when out of the office. Erik Kropp approved the addition of the on call budget in September 2012.
