4. A PUBLIC HEARING and Consideration of First Reading, by Title Only, of
Ordinance No. 2012-016, Amending Certain Sections of Deschutes County
Comprehensive Plan (Destination Resort Eligibility Criteria) – Peter Gutowsky,
Community Development
Suggested Actions: Hold the public hearing.
Move first reading by title only of Ordinance No. 2012-016;
second reading would occur on December 3, 2012.

5. CONSIDERATION of Signature of Document No. 2012-582, a Release of
Reversionary Interest in a Habitat for Humanity Property – Teresa Rozic,
Property & Facilities
Suggested Action: Approve signature of Document No. 2012-582.
6. CONSIDERATION of Signature of Order No. 2012-038, the Possible
Reopening of the Public Hearing on Applications for a Plan Amendment and
Zone Change Submitted by the Oregon Department of State Lands ( File Nos.
PA-11-7/ZC-11-2 )– Nick Lelack and Paul Blikstad, Community Development
Suggested Action: Approve signature of Order No. 2012-038. (If hearing is
reopened, it will be scheduled and noticed for a future meeting.)
