CONSIDERATION of Signature of Order No. 2012-038, the Possible Reopening of the Public Hearing on Applications for a Plan Amendment and Zone Change Submitted by the Oregon Department of State Lands ( File Nos. PA-11-7/ZC-11-2 )– Nick Lelack and Paul Blikstad, Community Development Suggested Action: Approve signature of Order No. 2012-038. (If hearing is reopened, it will be scheduled and noticed for a future meeting.) CONSENT AGENDA 7. Signature of a Letter Accepting the Resignation of Cheryl Garrison from the Four Rivers Vector Control District, and Thanking her for her Service 8. Signature of a Letter Appointing Holly Martin to the Four Rivers Vector Control District, through June 30, 2014 9. Signature of a Letter Reappointing Jeremy Ast, Dan Daugherty and Dr. Matt Eschelbach to the Ambulance Service Area Advisory Committee, through June 30, 2015 10.
