PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-134. Due to unanticipated expenditures necessary to implement the electronic records project, a transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Capital Outlay is required. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Capital Outlay for $50,000 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-134. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 275-2200-501.97-01 Deschutes County Behavioral Health. Contingency $ 50,000 TO: 275-2200-444.94-45 Deschutes County Behavioral Health, Technology Improvements $ 50,000 Section 2.
