DATE: December 11,2012 FROM: Marty Wynne Finance (541) 388-6559 TITLE OF AGENDA ITEM: Consideration and signature of Resolution #2012-135, transfer of appropriations in the Solid Waste Capital Project Fund. PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2012-135. Additional appropriation in the Materials & Services category is required due to unanticipated expenditures on the Solid Waste road improvement project. Also, as the rock removal project was budgeted as Capital Outlay but some related expenditures are properly classified as Materials & Services, additional appropriation in the Materials & Services category is required. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Service for $30,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2012-135. That the fol1owing transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 613-6200-501.97-01 Deschutes County Solid Waste Capital Project Fund, Contingency $ 30,000 TO: 613-6200-432.33-55 Deschutes County Solid Waste Capital Project Fund, Engineering $ 30,000 Section 2.
