PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-002. The Public Health Department will increase personnel by .10 FTE for a Nurse Practitioner in the Healthy Start Program Fund (260). This FTE has been re -allocated from the Public Health Fund (259). FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $10,850 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2011-002.
