BACKGROUND ANI) POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution 42011-056. During FY 2011, it was necessary for a Library Assistant 11 to
fill in for the Law Librarian. These expenses were not anticipated at the time of the FY 201 1 budget
adoption.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for 51.500 is necessary.
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval and signature of Resolution 42011-056.
