No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Deschutes County cartography section discovered that although the parcel is carried in assessment records as a tax lot parcel, it is maintained by the county road department. It is identified as a road on survey CS03253 dated October 23, 1970. The parcel was dedicated to the public for road purposes by deed dated January 11, 1972, but was never accepted by Deschutes County pursuant to ORS 92.014. This Acceptance of Deed will correct that deficiency. County Engineer George Kolb confirmed that this is the appropriate action. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: None RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Staff recommends signature of Document 2011-319.
