PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-091. Additional appropriation is required to close the OSP Building Fund. Resources remaining in the Fund will be transferred to the Justice Building/Courthouse Capital Project Fund. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from the General Fund Non -Departmental Contingency to the OSP Building Fund for $580,138 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2011-091. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 001-4500-501.97-01 Deschutes County Non -Departmental. Contingency $ 580,138 FROM: 458-0800-491.96-78 Deschutes County OSP Building Fund.
