PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-099. An increase in the Materials & Service category is required because expenditures for printing and personal property tax collection efforts are projected to exceed the amounts anticipated at the time the FY 2011 budget was adopted. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from General Fund Non -Departmental Contingency, Personnel and Capital Outlay categories to the Materials & Service category totaling $28,000 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2011-099.
