CONSIDERATION of Second Reading by Title Only, and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2011-003, Adopting the Comprehensive Plan Amendment – Terri Payne, Community Development Suggested Motions: Move second reading by title only of Ordinance No. 2011-003 Move adoption of Ordinance No. 2011-003.
