RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1 12j * * * WHEREAS, Deschutes County is required to have authorized personnel identified to sign payroll, accounts payable, and other checks on behalf of Deschutes County; and WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Board of Comm issioners and the Deschutes County Treasurer hereby designate the following persons as authorized signers; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section I. The following Deschutes County elected officials and appointed employees are authorized to sign payroll, accounts payable, and other checks on behalf of Deschutes County: Martin F. Wynne, Treasurer Nancy Blankenship, County Clerk Erik Kropp, Interim County Administrator Mark E. Pilliod, Legal Counsel Jeanine Faria, Accounting Manager Section 2.
