PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-111. Appropriation in the Personnel Category needs to be reduced, along with .60 FTE, due to a reduction in State funding of the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) client program. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency for $49,489 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2011-111.
