PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-117. The Behavioral Health Department will decrease the Personnel Category by $19,738. A .50 FTE Nurse Practitioner position has been unfilled for over twelve months. This position will be eliminated, however .30 FTE will be used to increase a current .50 FTE Nurse Practioner position. This resolution authorizes a reduction ofFTE in Behvioral Health from .50 FTE to .20 FTE. This change was not anticipated at the time of the FY 2012 budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency for $19,738 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2011-117. We will use .30 of this fte to increase Kristen Higley from a .50 fte to a .80 fte Nurse Practitioner and request the remaining .20 fte be removed from our budget.
