PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-120. The Public Health Department will decrease the Personnel Category by $11,561. In FY 2012, a Secretary (1.00 FTE) was allocated 25175 between Behavioral Health & Public Health. After considering the tasks performed by this position, the Public Health allocation will be reduced to .50 FTE and allocated 50/50 to Public Health & Behavioral Health. This resolution authorizes a reduction ofFTE in Public Health from .75 FTE to .50 FTE. This change was not anticipated at the time of the FY 2012 budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency for $11,561 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2011-120. A 1.00 secretary fte was added during the FY 12 budget process, .25 to Fund 275 and .75 to Fund 259.
