Consideration and signature of Resolution #2011-129, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes
County Sheriff's Office Fund.
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution #2011-129. Two full-time equivalent (FTE) Personnel positions will be

The attached Appropriation Transfer is required to align the budget for personnel changes in the Sheriff's Office
departments. Overall there is no HE increases. We are reclassifying a Personnel Assistant FTE to a Captain FTE in Dept.
1700. There is a net increase in the Personnel budget for the Adult Jail due to Captain Jenkin staying on for an additional
six months. Also, we are reclassifying a Field law Tech position in Dept. 4100 to a Deputy position.
