PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-133. Due to an unanticipated need to purchase a Polycam HDX 7000 Videoconferencing System, additional Capital Outlay appropriation is required. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Capital Outlay for $15,000 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2011-133.
