PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2011-143. Resources, provided by Federal and State grants, will be used for two additional 9-1-1 Centers for the "Cad to Cad", a project linking all 9-1-1 centers in Central Oregon with Oregon State Police and Oregon Department of Transportation. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: Appropriations in the Capital Outlay category need to be increased by $261,620 for this expenditure. Can you please assist in preparing a resolution authorizing the appropriation transfer? I've attached the Transfer form and a copy of the Capital Expenditure form, which I'll interoffice as soon as I get Rob's signature.
