PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2010-031 transferring appropriations within the Public Health Fund. '1 he Public Health Department needs to increase personnel by .50 FTE for a Program Development Specialist. This position will perform the required evaluation activities as directed by the LAUNCH grant and will coincide with the grant term 9/30/2009-9/29/2014. The increase in personnel was not anticipated due to the contract originally being awarded to CCF, however due to an employee resignation they are not able to fulfill this necessary requirement. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Materials & Service to Personnel in the amount of $34,487 is requi -ed. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2010-031.
