PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2010-079 transferring appropriations within the ABHA Fund. A transfer of appropriation is necessary due to an unanticipated expediture in the Materials & Service category. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Service for $500 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2010-079. That the following transfers of appropriations be made: FROM: 270-2200-501.97-01 Deschutes County ABHA Fund, Contingency $ 500 TO: 270-2200-444.66-65 Deschutes County ABHA Fund, Minor Office Equipment $ 500 Section 2.
