Consideration and signature of Resolution #2010-079, transfer of appropriations in the Accountable
Behavioral Health (ABHA) Fund.

BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution #2010-079 transferring appropriations within the ABHA Fund. A transfer
of appropriation is necessary due to an unanticipated expediture in the Materials & Service category.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Service for $500 is required.
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval and signature of Resolution #2010-079.

A Resolution Transferring Appropriations
Within the Various Funds of the 2009-2010 * RESOLUTION NO. 2010-079
Deschutes County Budget and Directing Entries *
WHEREAS, attached is an e-mail from the Behavioral Health Department requesting a transfer
of appropriations, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to transfer appropriations within the Deschutes County Budget ti
accommodate the request; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the following transfers of appropriations be made:
FROM: 270-2200-501.97-01 Deschutes County ABHA Fund,
Contingency $ 500
TO: 270-2200-444.66-65 Deschutes County ABHA Fund,
Minor Office Equipment $ 500
Section 2. That the Finance Director make the appropriate entries in the Deschutes Count '
Budget document to show the above appropriations.
