PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2010-097, transfer of appropriation in the Sunriver Service District Fi nd. The FY 2010 original budget did not include sufficient appropriation for legal fees. Additional is required for this expenditure. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency for $15,000 is required because expenditures in Fisca Year 2010 are forecasted to exceed the amounts currently appropriated in the above-described departmental categories.
