PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: At public auction March 20, 2008, William and Bonnie Hough were declared successful bidder foi the parcel commonly known as 19701 Ridgewood Drive, Bend, 97701. Deschutes County offered financing for the transaction and Mr. and Mrs. Hough signed a Trust Deed and a Promissory Note 'or $64,000.00. On August 3, 2010, the Finance Department advised us that the Houghs had paid the balance owin in full and had requested a Deed of Reconveyance. As Trustee, Mark Pilliod, Deschutes County Leg d Counsel, must execute the Deed of Reconveyance. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: Finance Department received a final payoff in the amount of $53,098.08. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Staff recommends signature by County Counsel of Document 2010-583.
