Consideration of Resolution //2010-102, establishing an Imprest checking account Ior the Dcschutc�
County District Attorney's Office. The District Attorney's Office has a need for an Imprest checkin{. in
the amount of $5,000 to facilitate minor disbursements by check.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
An lmprest checking account in the amount of $5,000 will be established.

account to Facilitate the handling of minor disbursements by check; and.
WHEREAS, ORS 294.465 provides that such accounts for handling disbursements must >c
established by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore,

COUNTY. ORI ;GON, as follows:
Section 1_ That an 1mprest checking account shall be established Ior the handling oC nair.,r
disbursements by check.
Section2. That the amount deposited into such account will be sufficient Ior su;h
transactions.
lection 3. Disbursements from this Inaprest checking account shall be supported )
documentation for such disbursement and an accounting of all such expenditures shall be maintain :d
with the account records.
Section 4. 'l'hc District Attorney's Office shall be responsible for the reconciliation of t n'
account in accordance with its policies and procedures.
