PUBLIC IIEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2010-105 transferring appropriations within the 13ehavioral Health Ft lid. The Behavioral Health Department added a Clinical Information Systems Analyst position (1.00 FHL) in FY 2010. Due to the timing of adding this position in the prior fiscal year, it was not possible to include this position in the FY 2011 original budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of S80,612 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2010-105. Attached please find an appropriation transfer requesting an increase of 1.00 FTE to our current Behavioral Health budget. We hired an administrative analyst on May 26, 201i. At that time, it was too late to include this fte in our FY 11 budget process. The att ched appropriation transfer will add this fte tc our FY 11 budget.
