'he Public l Icalth Department added a Health 1?ducator 11 position (.50 1JF) in FY 2010. This position is grant funded throuLth the LAUNCI I program until September 2014. Due to the timing of the grant award, it was not possible to include this position in the FY 201 1 original budget. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A iransler of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel in the amount of $35,971 is required.
