PH SBHC convert on call budget to fte - additional .10 fte.xls
Attached please find a worksheet including an appropriation transfer request adding a .10
Nurse Practitioner for our soon to be opened school based health center at the Redmond
High School. During our FY 11 budget preparation, we were unsure of our staffing needs
and budgeted funds in on call. The attached appropriation transfer converts on call
budget to permanent fte in Fund 259.
Scott and I met with Dave Kanner on July 14, 2010 to discuss this process and received
verbal approval to add the fte.
Teri - this .10 Nurse Practitioner fte will be combined with a request sent on July 20,
2010 adding a .40 Nurse Practitioner fte for our Redmond High School school based health
center to hire a .50 staff, to be hired in December 2010.
Jeanine - Kate has request that on call budget in project HSB be converted to fte in
project HRHS. Additionally, the current budget amount column reflects balances in HTE as
of today. I believe there are other appropriation transfer requests that are not
currently reflected in these balances.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional documentation.
Thank you,
