PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2010-127 transferring appropriations within the Adult Parole & Probation Fund. The Adult Parole & Probation Department will increase the Personnel category by $20,358 (.25 FTE). Currently, a Community Justice Specialist (1.00 FTE) is allocated 50/50 between Juvenile & Adult Parole & Probation. Effective October 1, 2010 this position will be reduced to .75 FTE and will be allocated 100% to Adult Parole & Probation resulting in an increase of .25 FTE in this fund. This change was not ancipated at the time of the FY 2011 budget adoption. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Personnel for $20,358 is required.
