TITLE OF AGENDA ITEM:
Review and possible signature of Document No. 2010-716 and No. 2010-717, two deeds of dedication
for a new road approved under application number RD -06-3. One of the deeds of dedication is from
Tumalo Irrigation District, and the other is one from the County.
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
The new road was approved under application no. RD -06-3, in conjunction with four partitions
submitted by Tumalo Irrigation District. The road will serve a total of 10 parcels, two of which will be
County -owned property (16-11-25, 1200, once the County's partition is finaled). The road has already
been constructed and has been assigned a road name of Bill Martin Road.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
Staff recommends that the Board sign the deeds of dedication, one of which is property that the County
is dedicating for the new road.

A strip of land for right of way purposes, being 30.00 feet in width, located in
the South one-half of the South one-half of the Southeast one-quarter of Section
25, Township 16 South, Range 11 East, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon, the
exterior lines of which are described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 25, Township 16 South,
Range 11 East, W.M.; thence N 89°58'54" W, along the South line of said section,
a distance of 30.00 feet; thence leaving said line N 00°07'59" E, on a line
parallel with and 30.00 -foot offset West of the East line of said section,

A strip of land for right of way purposes, being variable in width, located in
the Southwest one-quarter, the Southeast one-quarter and the Northeast one-
quarter of Section 36, the Southeast one-quarter of Section 25,
Township 16 South, Range 11 East, W.M.; the Southwest one-quarter of Section 30
and the Northwest one-quarter of Section 31, Township 16 South, Range 12 East,
W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon, the exterior lines of which are described as

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 36,
