TITLE OF AGENDA ITEM:
Board discussion/possible oral decision on the Outward Bound appeal for wooden cabins to replace
canvas tents at the Outward Bound site in the Exclusive Farm Use zone.
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? No.
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
The Board heard the testimony on the Outward Bound appeal at the public hearing held on Monday,
November 22, 2010. The written record was left open for additional testimony until December 1.
Rebuttal testimony for all parties was allowed until December 8. The applicant had until December 15
to submit final argument. The written record is now closed, and a decision by the Board is required.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
None.
RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board will need to issue an initial oral decision, followed by a formal written decision that will be
mailed out to all the parties.

The written decision will be mailed out by the Planning Division to all the parties.
