PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -010, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Sheriff, Office Fund. The Sheriffs Office needs to replace a high mileage vehicle that is currently being used for Search and Rescue missions. A used Chevy Tahoe with low mileage will be purchased and used in its place. The cost of this vehicle will be partially reimbursed (80 %) from Title III funds. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Capital Outlay in the amount of $12,000 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -010.
