PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -011, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Healthy Start Prenatal Fund. The Healthy Start Prenatal Program needs to increase a .40 FTE to a .50 FTE (in increase of .10 FTE). Resources from the Perinatal Expansion program are in excess of amounts estimated in the FY 2009 budget and therefore, will sustain this increase in postion now and in the future. An appropriation transfer from the Contingency category to the Personnel category is required. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation in the amount of $7,768 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -011. She had been split 60/40 Health/Healthy Start, so we need the additional .10 in the 260 - Healthy Start budget. We had done this, and it dropped somehow.
