BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution #2009 -011, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Healthy
Start Prenatal Fund. The Healthy Start Prenatal Program needs to increase a .40 FTE to a .50 FTE (in

This appropriation is because Erin Hoar returned to work after maternity to .5 FTE in
Healthy Start. She had been split 60/40 Health/Healthy Start, so we need the additional
.10 in the 260 - Healthy Start budget. We had done this, and it dropped somehow. Please
approve by forwarding to Marty Wynne, cc: Lacy Nichols, Teri Maerki.
Thank you,
Vicki
