PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -012, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Mental Health Department, to reduce the Personnel Category by $62,152 (1.05 FTE). The Mental Health Department is permanently reducing 1.05 FTE effective January 1, 2009. Included is one Mental H ealth Specialist II (.05 FTE), one Mental Health Technician (.75 FTE) and one Mental Health Specialist (.25 FTE). FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Personnel to Contingency for $62,152 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -012.
