PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -026, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Health Department (Fund 259) & the Mental Health Department (Fund 275). Effective February 1, 2009, the Health Services Administrator position (1.00 FTE) appropriated in the Health Department Fund is eliminated. This position will be replaced with .40 FTE of the 1.00 FTE Health & Human Service Director postion currently budgeted in Fund 275. The remaining .60 FTE will continue to be appropriated in Fund 275. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: The Personnel appropriation transfer is based on this position for a full fiscal year, allowing for budgetary comparability. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -026.
