PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -037, transfer of appropriation within the Jail Construction Fund. The FY 2009 Budget was based on the assumption that all expenditures would be Materials & Service. However, as actual expenditures include transaction property classified as Capital Outlay (contractor preconstruction services, irrigation and canal work, sewer capacity purchase, etc.) it is necessary to transfer appropriation from the Materials & Service Category to the Capital Outlay Category. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Materials & Service to Capital Outlay in the amount of $450,000 is necessary. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -037. FROM: 456- 0800 - 419.33 -15 TO: 456- 0800 - 419.92 -20 That the following transfers of appropriations be made: Deschutes County Jail Construction, Professional Services, Architect /Design $450,000 Deschutes County Jail Construction, Building, New Construction $450,000 Section 2.
