Construction Fund.
PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO
BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS:
Consideration of Resolution #2009 -037, transfer of appropriation within the Jail Construction Fund.
The FY 2009 Budget was based on the assumption that all expenditures would be Materials & Service.
However, as actual expenditures include transaction property classified as Capital Outlay (contractor
preconstruction services, irrigation and canal work, sewer capacity purchase, etc.) it is necessary to
transfer appropriation from the Materials & Service Category to the Capital Outlay Category.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
A transfer of appropriation from Materials & Service to Capital Outlay in the amount of $450,000 is
necessary.
