ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
RURAL LAW ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT (DISTRICT 2)
A Resolution Levying Ad Valorem
Taxes for the 2009 -2010 Fiscal Year
And Making Appropriations of the
Rural Law Enforcement District
(District 2) Budget.
RESOLUTION NO. 2009 -076
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUT ES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE RURAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
DISTRICT (DISTRICT 2), as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting as the
governing body of the Rural Law Enforcement District (District 2), hereby imposes the taxes provided for in the
2009 -2010 adopted budget at the tax rate of $1.4000, and that these taxes are hereby levied and categorized for
tax year 2009 -10 upon the assessed value of all taxable property within the district.

Section 3. That the Deschutes County Finance Director make the appropriations as set out herein for the
