PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS DATE? NO BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Consideration of Resolution #2009 -096, transfer of appropriation in the Deschutes County Property Management Operations Fund. At the time the FY 2009 budget was adopted, expenses and fees rei tted to a minor partition to separate a piece of property in La Pine was not anticipated. This partition was part of the Little Deschutes Lodge low- income housing project. A transfer of appropration from Contingency to Materials & Service is necessary. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: A transfer of appropriation from Contingency to Materials & Service for $2,500 is required. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Approval and signature of Resolution #2009 -096.
