At that time we made a commitment to reduce our commissary license fee to $250. Also, according to Eric Mone, since the majority of mobile units use their commissaries for only dishwashing and cold storage, the inspections do not take long to complete when inspecting a commissary. It was an omission on Environmental Health's part that this reduction was not included in the previous fee proposal. The mobile unit owners that have been calling about this fee have been told that beginning July 1, 2009 they will be paying a lesser fee.
