No BACKGROUND AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS: Adoption of Fy 2010 Fee Schedule for the Countywide Law Enforcement District (District 1). Changes to the fee schedule were duscussed at the April 28th BOCC Work Session. The public hearing was held on June 10th, 2009. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: As budgeted in the FY 2010 Budget. RECOMMENDATION & ACTION REQUESTED: Adoption of Fee Schedule ATTENDANCE: Jeanine Faria, Christina Edleston, Marty Wynne DISTRIBUTION OF DOCUMENTS: None REVIEWED LEGAL COUNSEL For Recording Stamp Only BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTYWIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT (DISTRICT 1) A Resolution Adopting and Continuing Fees and Charges for Services and Providing an Effective Date. * * RESOLUTION NO. 2009 -098 WHEREAS, the Countywide Law Enforcement District (District 1) charges fees for services and permits; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedules of the Countywide Law Enforcement District (District 1) annually each July 1 in accordance with Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, as amended; and WHEREAS, the Countywide Law Enforcement District (District 1) has proposed fees and charges for services and permits; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 10, 2009, on the proposed fees and charges for services and permits and finds that the fees and charges for services and permits as set forth in Exhibit "A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTYWIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT DISTRICT (DISTRICT 1), as follows: Section 1. That the fees and charges for services and permits set forth in Exhibit "A," attache. hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein, are hereby adopted as the fees and charges of the Countywide Law Enforcement District (District 1), Deschutes County, Oregon. Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits adopted in Section 1 of thi Resolution are effective July 1, 2009. Section 3. All fees and charges for services and permits in effect prior to July 1, 2009, ar hereby continued or superseded as provided herein.
